What is consignment? 

As a consignment store, our inventory is brought in by our consigners. This means that individuals bring in their clothing and receive money once their item(s) sell. We carefully overlook each item to ensure they are of great quality, current styles, and are new or gently used. Once your item(s) sell, the money goes on to your account and you're free to use it how you'd like or we will even cash it out to you! Your items have a 60–90-day window to sell on the floor and are subject to sales at any time.

Consignment Splits are based on the following prices:

$0 - $49.99: 40% to Consignor, 60% to the Store

$50 - $499.99: 50% to Consignor. 50% to the Store

$500 - $999.99: 60% to Consignor, 40% to the Store

What is out-right buying?

Not only do we offer consignment, but we also pay CA$H on the spot for your new or gently used clothing! When you bring your items in to sell, we will carefully overlook your items and give you an offer based on the quality and need for them in our store at the time. We will give you same-day cash for this option! We only pay cash for in season items and this process is a bit more selective than our consignment process.

How should you bring in your items?

We prefer your items to be brought in neatly folded in a tote, laundry basket or reusable tote bag. We do not accept items in trash bags! Items should be freshly laundered, free of any stains, wrinkles, pet hair, and odors. To keep our inventory up to date, we ask that items be purchased within the last 2-3 years, and look for Mall, Boutique, and Mid-Range and Designer Athletic brands! We take clothing and shoes for the whole family: Men's, Women's & Children's! We also accept purses in excellent condition, jewelry/accessories, wallets, as well as lightly used perfumes and lotions. 

Do I need an appointment?

You do not need an appointment at this time however we do ask that you call before heading our way to make sure we are accepting drop offs for the day. This also gives you the opportunity to check wait times. We do close drop off periodically, so this insures you do not make a trip in only to see we are closed for the day.

Do you take all seasons?

Yes, we take all seasons all year! We have 3 climate-controlled storage units where we back stock your out of season items!

What brands do we carry?

Since we are a consignment store, we are constantly adding new inventory each and every day. We carry mall, boutique and leisurewear including athletics. Some of our top sellers are POL, Zenana, Free People, Aerie, American Eagle, Altar'd State, Nike, Under Armour, LuLuLemon, Umgee, Easel, Ariat, Jodifl, Chico's, J. Jill and Soft Surroundings to name a few! Children's boutique items, Nike, Under Armour, Champion, Children's Place, OshKosh, and Matilda Jane also sell very well. 

What is our return and exchange policy?

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 48 hours of purchase. Returns and exchanges must have original receipt and tags attached. If items need to be returned, we can only offer store credit -- no exceptions. 

We do our best to ensure our items are of great quality to avoid having you return anything! 

How does shipping work?

We ship anywhere in the United States and offer standard shipping with a flat rate of $9.99. 

Will we hold items?

We only hold items until the end of day, if items have not been picked up by end of day they will go back to the floor. If we send you an invoice it must be paid within 8 hours or the item goes to the next in line or back to the floor. Due to our agreement with our consigners, we must keep their item(s) on the floor for 90 days, so this insures we uphold our end of the contract.
